7. Service Termination & Suspension

• Vmobify reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in case of non-payment for more than two (2) months.
• Clients will be notified before service termination due to payment issues.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• In the event of a dispute, arbitration is the preferred method of resolution.
• All disputes will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of India.
• Vmobify does not take legal liability for business losses, misinterpretation of strategies, or any financial impact arising from client actions or inactions.

9. Third-Party Services & Data Tracking

• We use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Clarity to track user behavior and marketing performance.
• Clients acknowledge that these third-party services operate under their respective privacy policies, and Vmobify does not control or assume responsibility for their data collection and usage.
